Servus alle!
This week has been all over the place with tons of appointments with friends and members, but then also spending almost all of Saturday at home–alternating sleeping with eating and studies. This is because I have, unfortunately, been sick for the last couple of days. Thankfully, all that’s left of it is a sore throat, but it has definitely knocked us down for a little bit.
We were still able to have some cool experiences, though. We went to Wien last P day to go to the Sound of Music at the Volksoper, that was crazy cool!! Nothing can top seeing that in Austria after eating some Schnitzel. We also did exchanges with some Sisters in Wien, so I got to spend some time with Sister Weber, we definitely got ice cream. We taught the Relief Society lesson at church and got to know some more members through that. We got to go to St. Pölton for an Ausstellung, which was my first time there, and that was really fun!
The weather has also been nicer, and we have made 4 new friends! (And eaten a lot of ice cream) After the buffer time from transfers, it has been good to get out and talk to people about how we can find truth and answers to our questions. It is also good to be hard at work with the end of my mission looming, I’ve got to start planning my classes for fall semester soon! Anyways, we try not to think too much about that.
I hope you all have a great week and stay healthy!
Liebe Grüße, Sister Tripp
