Servus!
Well, Sister Gladwell and I kicked off this next transfer here in Augsburg with taking turns being sick – it’s her turn right now. It means that the apartment has never looked better! Hopefully this week we can turn things around again and spend more time outside the apartment than in.
We did make it out a couple of times this week though – we had an Ausstellung in Munich on Saturday (the day in between me being sick and Sister Gladwell coming down with it) and were able to meet some of the new people in the Zone as well as have some good conversations with people on the streets.
We had a couple other appointments on the days we were both feeling okay, mostly just phone or video calls, but also getting to meet the American family that moved into the ward – that appointment was so interesting! We weren’t even sure how to prepare to teach a family that was entirely American in English, we wanted to impress them, be the cool missionaries. It ended up being pretty normal, but a lot more conversational, which we enjoyed.
Sorry there isn’t too much to write about this week. I am really looking forward to this next transfer, though, and I am sure I will have something to talk about – especially if I know Sister Gladwell ;)
I hope you all have a great week though!!
