I hope you all had a wonderful week! Ours ended up going a little differently than planned.
The biggest game changer was transfer calls. We thought that Sister Piippo and I would stay together, President had all but confirmed at interviews as well, so when we get the call that she is going to Biel, Switzerland it sounded a little like:
Wir: Echt jetzt?
AP Gondor: Echt.
Wir: Echt echt?
AP: Echt!
Wir: Wie bitte?!
Wir: Was?
Wir: Warum?
AP: Ja, genau.

Us: Really now?
AP: Really.
Us: Really really?
AP: Really!
Us: Pardon?!
Us: What?
Us: Why?
AP: Yes, exactly.
We were quite surprised. I am very sad that Sister Piippo has to leave, but I am also very excited to have the return of an old comp… the Sister Gladwell!!!! 🥳 One week of being in a dritt together and now we have to stick it out the whole 6 weeks, I look forward to it.
Other not so fun stuff, I have gotten a little sick :( hopefully I am better before Sister Gladwell gets here, but I can make no promises.
We were still able to have a great week, though, full of miracles. One major one has to do with one of our slowest progressing friends. She actually invited one of her friends to our most recent appointment (already pretty cool), and because of this, she had the opportunity to bear testimony of what she has learned from us so far about Joseph Smith! It was awesome to be able to see her get excited about a topic that she usually finds pretty boring. Her friend also agreed to keep meeting with us and we are excited to see how the two of them progress together.

We got Boba with some friends! I tried a pomegranate yogurt drink with cherry Boba
