Servus!
It is very much December now with temperatures dipping to around -11°C (12°F), snow on the ground, and chilly winds around every corner. But, it makes the tea taste sweeter, the lights at the market glow brighter, and it means that you have a speaking point with every stranger. People love to talk (complain) about the weather.
To add to the cheer, we have gotten a tiny tree and added lights and ornaments for our apartment, and we had an amazing Zone Conference where there was lots of singing and many laughs.
But, this time of year is also a time of miracles, and we see little ones every single day. From catching the never on time trains that Deutsche Bahn provides and making our thought impossible connections, to spiritual moments with our friends and with members. The opportunity to bear testimony to a stranger and to see their demeanor change, and having so many “right place, right time” coincidences that I know have come from God.
I invite you a to take the opportunity to reflect on the tiny miracles in your life, nd I know they are there because I know our loving Heavenly Father cares. He shows His love to us everyday as He guides us through His great Plan, and as we search for His hand in our life, we will find it.
I tried to take more picture this week, it was a pretty cool one. Lots of Christmas markets, new friends, new places, and dirndls ;)
